On-Line Maintenance Requests & Rent Payments

Maintenance Requests and Rent payments may be submitted on-line via the Rent Café tenant portal . Maintenance requests are only received during normal business hours, (8 AM - 4 PM) Monday through Friday.  All non-emergency requests are handled promptly, generally by the following business day.  Any requests submitted on Fridays will most likely be completed the following Monday. In order to make the rent payment process easier, On-Line Rent Payments may be made through the Rent Café Tenant portal.

For maintenance emergencies, our service staff is on call 24 hours a day.  For emergency service calls (lock-outs, toilet overflow/plumbing issues, no heat/hot water, security lock problems, etc.), please call the emergency line at (617) 734-8008.

This number is for emergency purposes ONLY! Please do NOT call this number for any other purpose.

Emergency service calls are dispatched to an on-call Feinway service staff member by an answering service. 

If this is a fire emergency, first call 911 for the local Fire Department, and then notify us at (617) 734-8008.

 

All online maintenance requests are handled through our Rent Café tenant portal located by clicking the link below or copying and pasting the address into your browser address field.

Before using Rent Café, tenants must register with the system. To sign up for an account, follow the instructions that were included in your tenant welcome handbook.
